Protection of your employees and your company
In times of corona crisis all companies are required to keep contacts to a minimum. Meetings are now held almost exclusively online - which makes sense because most employees are currently in their home office anyway.
But what if a personal appointment cannot be dispensed with? Craftsmen carrying out necessary repairs, technicians in the data center - you would find many examples. Or just think of the months ahead. When the German economy is hopefully soon back on the road to normalisation.
Visitors usually find themselves at your reception - where naturally many of your employees pass by. The risk of infection is correspondingly high. For this reason, companies have already established processes for asking visitors about their basic state of health before they arrive. This process can not only be mapped using altares GuestManager, but can also be made much more reliable and efficient.
Your employee enters visitors with date, time, reason and the property to be visited in the online tool via our hosted/inviting portal.
The system automatically generates an e-mail to the visitor with a personal login to the guest portal, which is used to request a simple questionnaire on the state of health and stay in risk areas - of course DSGVO-compliant, adapted to your requests and completely in your corporate design.
After filling out the registration, the system automatically checks the answers. If one of the defined criteria is met, the visit is set to a status to be "checked". Otherwise it is automatically released.
Automatic reminder emails ensure that the visitor's registration is completed. Visitors and employees are of course always informed by e-mail about the status change.
In the system, the employee can view the status at any time via the host portal. For your front desk, the status of each visitor can also be queried, the guest ID card printed and the visitor checked in and out.
Via the API an automated export or interface to existing visitor management systems is possible.
We would be happy to demonstrate a possible scenario - online, of course.
