Standard, Professional or On-Location. Which edition suits you best?

In order to meet your specific requirements as best as possible, we offer altares-GuestManager in three versions: Standard, Professional and On-Location.


GuestManager Standard Edition

Field of application: small to medium-sized events such as press and analyst conferences, customer events, meetings, seminars, medium-sized events.

The Standard Edition offers you the most important components of our software for efficient participant handling. 


GuestManager Professional Edition

Field of application: like our standard version. In addition, the Pro version offers extensive hotel, travel and transfer management, charter flight management, seating, a resource database (e.g. for recording test drives by your participants) and extended reporting and evaluation options.

GuestManager Automotive Edition

Application area: Events with driving active modules

The altares-GuestManager Automotive is specially tailored to the requirements of the automotive industry.

GuestManager On-Location Edition

The GuestManager On-Location Edition represents a special case. This covers the requirements on site (check-in, seating etc.), but does not include the online subscriber management tool.
