Especially nowadays, virtual events are gaining in importance. The altares Virtual Event Platform is a toolbox that can be used to ideally map your event on the Internet. It offers a wide variety of modules for different types of events - from training events to virtual general meetings. The tools are based on well-known and proven solutions, and of course, more specific applications that are already in use at your company can also be integrated. 


vivent can also be used as an authorization platform for many other tools. We rely on the XML framework SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), which enables the exchange of authentication and authorization information. SAML is extremely widely used and the corresponding tools can be integrated plug-and-play into vivent.


For virtual assemblies, the number of participants can easily reach 5 or even 6 digits. Therefore, scalability is one of the most important success factors and vivent is ideally built due to its modular and distributed structure.

Via satellite servers, the participant portal including most interaction modules is delivered in a distributed manner and scaled to the expected number of participants. Livestreams are streamed via large, worldwide server networks (e.g. AWS or Akamai).

Invitation management is one of our roots. As a TNM agency with our own software, we offer one of the leading software solutions on the market.

In the backend, the tool offers intelligent and convenient functions for managing participant data including all TN information (e.g. language, guest group, voting rights, etc.). 

The entire TN communication can be controlled via the backend - whether by e-mail or letter. This includes invitations, reminders, info mailings and post-event mailings.
