After a four-year break, Agritechnica is taking place again this year in Hanover. We are supporting Claas with our stand management system altares-ExpoConnect.
Four information desks, distributed over the almost 6,000 square meter stand and equipped with the information and call system, provide constantly updated information on which stand employees are currently available to advise on which product and in which language. Self-service RFID check-in stations are available at four locations for the stand team to check in and out.
The meeting rooms in the two Business Centers are managed using the room booking system - including catering orders.
New this year is the digital issue of locker keys and iPads for consultants.
But our ExpoConnect can do even more: digital signage, electronic door openers with RFID and, above all, our lead management complete the service portfolio for trade fairs. Our trade fair team app can also make it even easier for employees to check in at the stand.
